Return and refund policy
All sales are made to order. Most items are produced and shipped by our white-label partner Tapstitch under the Mixed Wear brand.
Because we’re new: timelines can stretch and we may make mistakes. If we do, we’ll own it and fix it within this policy.
Change-of-mind returns
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size when the item matches the size chart, or minor color differences between screens and fabric.
If we (or the carrier) mess up
Email mixedwearshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the shipping label if:
- the item is defective or misprinted,
- the wrong item/variant was received, or
- the item arrived damaged in transit.
Remedy
At our discretion, we will repair or replace the affected item. If a repair/replacement isn’t feasible, we may issue a refund to the original payment method. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Return shipping
If we or our supplier are at fault, we’ll provide a prepaid label or waive the physical return. Otherwise, return postage (if a return is authorized) is your responsibility.
Where returns go
When a physical return is required, we’ll provide the correct Tapstitch facility address for your region.
Lost packages
If tracking shows a package is lost or stalls beyond the carrier’s estimate, contact us promptly. We’ll investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner and resolve.
