About Mixed Wear

We sell made-to-order apparel, with many items produced and shipped by our white-label partner Tapstitch under our brand. Orders in a single purchase may ship separately.

Because we’re new

We’re still refining our systems. Processing times may be longer, and we may make mistakes. If we do, we’ll communicate clearly and fix issues within these Terms and our policies.

Using our site

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with laws, and not misuse the site (no fraud, interference, scraping, or IP infringement).

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may reject or cancel for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing/inventory errors, or inability to ship. If you’re charged for a canceled order, we’ll refund you.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US Dollars. We accept Shopify Payments (major cards) and accelerated checkouts Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. If available, Shop Pay Installments is offered and serviced by Affirm, subject to eligibility and terms.

Taxes & duties

We collect Iowa state (6%) and, where applicable, Local Option Sales Tax (1%) based on delivery address; international customers are responsible for import duties/taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes when we hand the parcel to the carrier.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products and the site are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order; we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law & venue

Iowa law governs these Terms. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa. Eligible claims may be filed in Iowa small-claims court.

Changes

We may update these Terms; changes apply to orders placed after posting.
